Sattriya dance by Dr. Menaka P.P. Bora at the special invitation of the honourable chief Minister of Assam, Sri Tarun Gogoi at Hotel Radisson Blue in honour of Ministers from Burma on 3 December 2014 ICCR, Govt. of India and Asia New Zealand Foundation organised one month long Sattriya Dance tour to New Zealand and Australia in October 2014 with Dr. Menaka P.P. Bora (leader), Indira P.P. Bora, P.P. Bora and 2 other members. Dr. Menaka P.P. Bora performed Sattriya Dance at the inaugural programme in presence of Mr. John Key, Prime Minister of New Zealand on 11 October 2014 followed by 1 performance. Altogether 12 performances presented 5 Workshops conducted in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington in New Zealand. They also presented 3 performances at Diwali Festival of lights in Temple of Fine Arts and Indian Society of Western Australia at Perth in Australia. Dr. Menaka P.P.
