BHARATA NATYAM: Trained under guru Late Rukmini Devi Arundale of Kalakshetra, Chennai Indira holds post graduate diploma with distinction in Bharata Natyam (first alumni to hold such a diploma from North-India). She has interacted with many distinguished Indian dancers like Late Balasaraswati, Late Gauri Amma, Yamini Krishnamurthy and performed in many dance-drama productions of Kalakshetra, Chennai.
